The main focus on the album is the devotion between people. The relations which are inevitable not to fail sometimes, but still conquers all if we stick to the naive belief in love and to our selfs.
The abum was chosen as “Album of the week” på national danish radio P4.
The main DNA in Kites And Komets is the soul of the good pop song – the melody. The melody combined with lyrics often orbiting on topics such as daring to believe in true love, friendship and yourself – you have the core of Kites And Komets.
Kites and Komets er et elektropop-projekt af 28 årige Mikael Kærgaard (Munich og Hymns From Nineveh) K&K vandt P3’s karrierekanonen i 2011. I sommeren 2012 udgav K&K den selvbetitlede debut EP Kites and Komets, som efter release lå flere uger i toppen på iTunes albumliste.
